On your laptop the screen when iits in the charger its wayy brighter than it is when its out of the charger its not bright its really dim!!! i have it fully charged and all!

I don't own a Dell laptop, but hopefully I can help you with this problem.
I'd suggest that you look for a button on your keyboard that says Fn and a button that looks like it could raise the brightness of your monitor.
On my laptop, if you press Fn and F6, it lowers the brightness, where if you press Fn and F7, it raises the brightness.
If that doesn't work, then I'd suggest that you restart your computer and see if that helps.
If that still doesn't work, then I'd suggest that you simply contact Dells tech support section.
You may also want to try a System Restore.
