Because I just took two to a guy and he said they were worth 200,000 dollars each. There's not anything special about them as far as I can tell, but thats what he said.

No. He's an idiot. Clips? Clips are cheap as dirt. It depends a little on model and make and such, but about 10- 20 dollars. Magazines, which are more complex and load the cartridge usually by a spring mechanism, go for 30-45 dollars.
