i would have to say the Cleveland Browns are the steelers biggest rivalry, Browns always play way better than they usually do when they play the steelers just because they hate them so much.

The Browns are no longer the Steelers rivals. There is no longer any competition between the 2 teams...the Steelers own them (pretty much the same with the Bengals).
I would say the Pats first, then the Ravens.

The Browns and Bengals in particular...Used to be the Cowboys obviously when Bradshaw and Staubach were playing, because they often faced each other in the Super Bowl...but not anymore...
