If time and space are similar, making plans for one's own future is analogous to care for others, because people change as time passes. This would be particularly true of eternal life. One would have so little in common with oneself a thousand or more years from now that acquiring eternal life is comparable to having children, grandchildren or more distant descendants. Coming into existence is a neutral thing. Otherwise an unconceived child would be tantamount to murder, and it clearly isn't because every time a child is conceived, hundreds of millions of children are not because of the other sperm being wasted. Therefore, disregarding desires and other moral factors, there is already no justification for killing the person closest to one compared to acquiring eternal life, because one is only preventing potential life rather than destroying actual life.
Beyond this, other considerations are not necessary because this is enough to rule it out.
So, to summarise, eternal life involves the creation of life which is not identical to you, and so is similar to having children. Since it is not wrong not to have children but it is wrong to kill in most circumstances, it would be inconsistent to kill the person closest to one in exchange for eternal life, which is illusory.

For sure you are perverse looking for excitement and then feeling important. "Eternal life" Where did you get this idea from? What you are creating is a kind of 'spiritual porno' and with this question drawing people into it. Bad guy your are!
Better try to live in a responsible way now and animate people to do the same. Oh boy, you should do something practical with your hands like planting some vegetables. You can watch them grow taking care of them and then eat them...
And then when you have calmed down then you ask yourself what had made you ask such silly question and you might come to the conclusion that you better find out about yourself...

No. I don't really think eternal life would be all that great anyways, especially since even after you killed the person closest to you in your life since you live forever you will be watching a lot more people you love die.

No way! Do you know what a conscious is? I mean whats the point of living with guilt for the rest of that eternity? I would never do that in a million years,and besides,killing is a total sin from Godly view of things so i bet it wouldnt be a happy choice(considering what God will do to you as a punishment,especially when it is deliberate!)

What a horrifying concept! Eternal life is a repugnant and terrifying idea that no sane person would ever consider. Imagine being locked into your own personality for aeons...ughh. and as for killing! NEVER. For me, give me love compassion and a life that is within my capacity to cope with, ie., a normal lifespan. No, for two reasons:
1) I would never want eternal life and I don't believe any human truly would if they could actually grasp what that entails.
2) I would lose my own life to save his.
