Possibly, but British Columbia is famed for the best marijuana in the world. It is called BC Bud but the best kind of marijuana is called white widow because Crystalized THC makes it appear white, taste fruitty, and gives it a high THC content.

I'd highly doubt that! The climate in OR is not ideal for mj. It will grow OK but you need intense sunshine as the plants mature for the best potency.
