You will never get a six pack no matter how hard you work out unless you reduce your fat intake.
People with a true "six-pack" not only take in very little fat, but also have high metabolisms because of good exercise and good cardio workouts.
Then again, there are people that NATURALLY have a sixpack but never work out a day in their lives. Their food goes in one end and out the other.
But if you don't already have it, you aren't going to get it unless you cut that fat intake. Just remember that low-carb does not mean low fat and vice versa.

GEtting a six pack involves a strict diet.... your body fat must be very low.. below 8%. This is the hardest thing about visible abs to achieve.

Otherwise you do a 20 minute workout every day. Crunches, obliques, leg raises... here is a list to choose from: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/WaistWt.html

That depends what you are doing. If you are using a stationary bike, it'll take about seven hours to burn off a six pack.

When it comes to abs, the intensity of the workout will produce greater results than the duration.
