Not quite! It's true that as a whole, Australia is warm and sunny throughout 99% of the country. However, there is one place where it's not unusual for it to snow there. That's MT. Kosciusko-Australia's highest(and one of very few) mountain peaks. It's in the southeastern part of the country.

There is a skiing industry in southeast New South Wales and northeast Victoria and cross country skiing is developing in Tasmania. Snow has fallen in all States and Territories. The furtherst north it has been seen is the Clark range to the west of Mackay in tropical north Queensland. It has also been seen near Uluru in the Northern Territory on one occasion.
