Your question assumes all men are violent and all women are peace-loving. That is a grossly erroneous assumption.

Perhaps. But when animals are castrated, not only do they become un-aggressive, but they become un-ambitious. They just sit around and eat.

You would not have labor-saving machines, sports, vast miles of farmland (i.e. Food), technological discoveries, competition of any type in business, Television, arts, music, etc.

With the aggression comes PASSION and DRIVE to do things better than they have ever been done before. This has led to major advancements in our lives, and some dark spots in our history.
