now days wireless cards are integrated in the laptops already. You don't need to buy a separate card. If you buy a centrino platform based laptop you are always ensured for good wireless performance and compatibility.

a good screen is hard to tell you should first check what you want to spend and then go look on reviews on the Internet. laptops like Sony and as us give good quality laptops. but they are more expensive like an acer laptop for example.
