IT IS MOST UNLIKELY IT DOESNT WORK.See a freind who understands the set up process,I seem to remember some time ago having bought one for a kid and the same problems.Otherwise remove the batteries for 10 mins and read the instruction book step by step it then may be ok.Removable of the batteries will take it back to the default settings as happens with all electronic gear.

Talk to the store's general manager. Nobody else in the store can make any kind of decision beyond the "standard response."

Obviously, be polite to the manager. But if you are not satisfied with his help then get the corporate office number from the manager and follow up.

Corporate HATES to have to deal with problems that the store can handle and they will make the manager help you (if it gets to that).

i know it is relatively risky, yet attempt eBay. ninety 9% of the time, there is not any longer something incorrect with the article, and you'd be able to get it relatively extra fee-effective. good idead for paying for a DS besides ,I even have one and that i think of it is astounding.
