Almost never, I'm really lucky. I've never had the kind that forces you to spend the day in bed with the lights off.
Unfortunately my brothers get them, and my mom. My 16 year old brother gets headaches if he doesn't eat enough. My 10 year old brother gets headaches sometimes out of nowhere it seems, and then sometimes he doesn't feel better until he throws up so I guess it's a migraine or something... poor Nathan :(
