Sure. In addition they should tighten down on enforcing some of the rules and they should make more rules regarding public behaviors (for Moroccans and foreigners). The govt. needs to start clamping down on indecent behavior in public like they did just a few short years ago.

Tourists who enter with an RV should be made to pay a tax/fee upon entry. These people come here in their RV's, often camp on open land, dump their waste, buy minimal products here, and spend minimal money. They should be told upon entry that free roaming camping is not allowed, they must use RV parks and if not they will be fined and prohibited to return for 1 year or something. They likely cost Morocco more than they spend here.

There are many 'details' I think need to be addressed but I could go on and on and on.

The King already is investing in the tourism industry which is helping the Moroccan economy. He has invested in cleaning up a lot of the beaches in the tourist cities and in Casablanca the airport is new and modern now. I think it is a good thing which will help infuse money into the country. I hope they will use it for the good of the people like protecting their children from sex tourism.
