You are absolutely wrong in saying that IT professionals are serving USA. IT professional or any NRI is earning in USA but sending money to India and that is a big help to Indian economy. IT industry in India is totally driven by US thus there is nothing wrong if IT professionals from India are working in USA and sending USD to India.

If they stayed home and served the country(If allowed to) so much the better. However the advantages are many too. They create a very good image of India abroad with their work ethics and intelligence. They get exposed to more efficient and advanced technology which comes back home. Many of them return home or simply have 2 homes enriching India too. They send back helping hands in terms of money, time and material on which u cannot put a figure.
After all a man leaves one part of India for better pastures within India itself.U do not see that as some kind of desertion.Again the massive foreign investment in India is due to the recognition of Indian talent of which these people are ambassadors.
BTW --I was born and lived abroad for 60 yrs and although I have great affinity for India I have to say that compared to many parts of the world India is one big garbage dump! There simply is no political will to provide clean environment nor do the people demand it.

How many IT graduates get proper job with a dignified salary in this country? It is also true that a good number of them have no future at all in our own country.We talk, our national leaders do the same .....but, is there real opportunity available for them?Many are in "Call Centres" after spending the brightest part of their youth in studies and after spending huge cost for getting the graduation and beyond.
That , I think , is enough to justify why so many Indians leave this country and hunt for job in USA or other countries.Good salary package will always attract good and more intelligent ones.That's the same story everywhere.The UK is the worst sufferer in this regard.Most of their talented youths leave their home land and go to USA, Australia and many other English speaking countries.This phenomenon is nothing unusual.
In our country, lot of brilliant ones are denied entry into many institutes for higher education , because , they do no belong to any ""Reserved Quota" consisting of less or just ordinary ones.Same is true for finding job and proper placement.Get the system of education and abolish "quota system" on the basis of caste etc.The good ones will hardly like to be drawn to a foreign land if they are treated equally on the basis of quality and not on the basis of "reserved quota".

India has too much population , lots of corruption, lots of pollution and in general the people residing in this area (inclduign its neighbours Pakistan and Bangladesh) have a very low opinion about themselves.
So by our own choice we go on making a mess of this country creating garbage dumps,slums, corruption, lack of value of human life.....
Finally we get fed of all this crap, to change all this is extremely difficult and requires lots of time and dedication and hard work and thinking , to migrate to a better part is easy.
As of today USA has lots of good things which India does not have.

Because the H1B visa program is a hoax on the American people. The sole purpose of the program is to provide cheap foreign scab labor. Most of the Indian "experts" imported under this program are frauds.

salary is same as other country in U.S.A.The exchange rate of the money is very high
1U.S.D = Rs 40.00
so now imagine, a person getting USD 3500 is equal to RS 140000.
All due to money , money ,money...,
