I've owned 4 honda Civics 88 (188k-fan blower died - time to go), 90 (220k - fan blower died - time to go), 00(180K - bought a sport ute), 06 (150k and still going). Great cars to drive - epecially around the city. Reliable, economical, fun to drive/easy to drive.

Only downsides from my point of view - parts are expensive, though not compared to european cars. If you are a DYI Honda is so efficient at packaging that getting to anything is a challenge - especially in the engine compartment.

Buy it? Yes.

It depends on what you want in a car. Also, there are many different Honda Civic Sedans. Are you buying new or used? Used it will be costly, especially from a dealer, and if it's been smoked in, that's quite a bit of money to pay for a smelly car.

I bought a new 2008 Honda Civic Sedan Manual LX. It's a good car.

Honda is the best and know to hold a resale value than it's competitor so It's worth buy it because it will last you long enough especially when you maintain it. so yes it worth it. you see a lot of Honda on the road and their is a reason for that.

it is. specially the new si sedans. great resale value, great mpg, and they last forever. i have 2 a 97(98k miles) and a 96(246k miles on it and still runs pretty good) so imo i think they are worth buying but then again it all depends on what your needs are. good luck.

No. You should get a Toyota. They outsell Honda, and there must be a reason for that, including in their home market Japan, where they outsell Honda tremendously.
