A little more information would be really helpful. The name that your cousin is given is incredibly important as they are stuck with it for the rest of their lives, and it has a lot to do with the parents taste in names. There are some really beautiful names out there. My first suggestion for you would is for you to look up as many baby naming sites as you can. You can also find great names in classic books, mythology newspapers... and well, anywhere. Another tip is: if you're stuck on what to search on a baby name site, try and look up a meaning (e.g. all names that mean 'flower') and see what you find. You might be surprised!
Here are the very popular, trendy names at the moment. The benefits to these names is that if they're popular, it means they're 'socially acceptable' and a lot of people like them. The bad things about the name is that they may be sooo popular that your cousin may have to be Ava N. (etc) throughout her schooling.
Here are the top names of this year:
1 Emily
2 Emma
3 Madison
4 Isabella
5 Ava
6 Abigail
7 Olivia
8 Hannah
9 Sophia
10 Samantha
and the list goes on... For more of the top 1000 baby names 2007, check out the list here: http://www.babyquestions101.com/2007/07/24/top-1000-baby-names-of-2007/
Some more interesting, less common names:
- Delphine
- Julia
- Cora
- Maeve
- Evelyn
- Delilah (be careful with this one! check out the biblical meaning of the name before using it. Same with the name Jezebel)
- Susannah
- Penelope
- Lydia
- Johanna
- Annika
- Bellatrix
- Beatrice
- Adelaide
If you need more suggestions, just punch in some names you like into Nymbler. Nymbler suggests names according to your own (or your cousins, in this case!) personal naming tastes... Here's the link: http://www.nymbler.com/nymbler/
Best of luck!!

Corinne
Names are important, and it should hold some sort of meaning for either the parents or the child. If your aunt likes a certain actress or singer, she can always name the girl after that celebrity's first or middle name, and/or spell it differently. Just a thought.

Briar......its sleeping beauty's name
Brynn.......always loved that one
Lyric
***rhiannon is my name, it was awesome to grow up with a not "plain" name, that wasn't weird. I am not liking that people associate it with the singer however, asking if I was named after her, even though I have to be at least ten years older.........
