I think the true meaning of Christmas is about the best gift that someone ever gave to all of us, Jesus! He was borned in this world in a very simple manger. He taught us about being humble and helpful. He died in the cross for us, so if we really believe in Him we'll also get the eternity life in Heaven. I think why in Christmas we usually exchange gift is to mark and remind all of us that once way back more that 2000 years ago, God has given His only son, Jesus, to the world only for us, sinners.

It is whatever YOU want it to be. It is paganistic. It is religious. It is family--Norman Rockwell style. It is consummerism and gift giving. It is fake. It is real. It is all those things. And, at the same time it isn't anything at all--just another day.
