can you get to it with a hacksaw, or angle grinder easily, without knowing you wheels, it's hard to say, if you can, cut a groove into it, and turn it with a large flat screwdriver, you could also try vicegrips, adjustable plier type tools that lock onto nuts and bolts of any size, spray it with a lubricant first, wd40 or similar, to make anything you do easier, and be sure to dispose of it, and replace afterwards, just go to a service station or auto wrecker, shouldnt cost you anything...
evn try placing a flat washer or two(or coin) inside the wheel brace, and then hammering it over the nut, and turn slowly...

The vice grip advice is good but the writers missed that when you unscrew the nut you must also try to pull as hard as possible. Don't set the vice grip any harder than you need to. Too tight and you might distort the nut too much it might not catch. The idea is to try to regrip the threads or whatever metal you can... I don't think I'd use lubricant until the nut is well caught on the threads. Maybe need to use a lever to force it onto threads. Can you use the wheel itself to apply pressure to the nut? Start taking the wheel off until it pushes on the nut. Other good answer, if it works, is break it off with the wrench, replace the lug later. Personally I'd use an angle grinder and cut/grind it all off...lugs and nuts aren't hard to replace.

The little grooves that hold the stud in place are stripped. You can cut it off with a cut-off tool if you have enough space or jack up the car and unbolt the other lugs, pull the tire out to put pressure on the bad lug and try to take it off. Best idea is to take it to a mechanic and have them replace the studs. Worse case senario is that the hole in the hub where the stud goes is also stripped and you might need to repalce the whole hub assembly.

One of my employees had the same thing some time ago. I took a cutting torch and burned the nut off. I managed to get the nut off without hurting the threads on the wheel stud. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, then try and use a hack saw and cut through the nut and take it off that way.
Good luck.

Cut the nut off and remove the tire. then pound out the stud from the hub and put in a new stud heat will help. hope this helps good luck. if your rim doesn't allow you to cut the lug off you will have to pound stud from behind if theres clearance. Support the vehicle very well.

cheapest and easiest way is to put your tire iron on it, and bend it up and down, it should break off. But depending on your model car, you might have to remove the hub to get the other piece off. You could potentially damaged your hub or rim also. Drillling or torching is the best way.
