if you are making a purchase with the gift card, it will take the amount of the gift card up to its maximum. If they accept PAYPAL, use PAYPAL for the balance. If they DO NOT accept PAYPAL, go to the PAYPAL site and generate a VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD NUMBER to use for the balance. Use of this number IS ONE TIME ONLY and can never be used again, but will be charged to your PAYPAL account.
