Depends on how much money you want to spend. Google ads is probably the best. They place your ads on sites all over the internet, depending on the category of your site and how much you're willing to spend for top listings.

The same places you advertise to other people. Made in the USA used to be a mark or quality and some people still search it out for that or to help Americans keep jobs but they look for that after they look at quality and price. I have always had American cars since I got a German car in 1969 and had trouble getting parts but really considering a Toyota Tacoma now because of quality. Sell quality first and place second. I will not spend 35K to keep an American auto worker employed another week or two.
