Well done for giving up the drugs. You are now a much better person without them.
People will respect you a lot more and you will find yourself.
Try to get fit perhaps?

Keep busy! Get a job and work towards a better future. Drugs only drag you down. My brother became a millionaire and lost everything when he started doing drugs. He's life was full and blessed until the demon called drugs entered his body. Stay focused on the FUTURE. Never look back. You can't change your past so why look back. Just try and stay positive. Make new friends and look forward to a healthier life for yourself. Don't dough yourself, believe in a brighter future and make it happen. A friend once told me "Winners MAKE things happen and Losers LET things happen!" Makes sense, huh? Best wishes to you!

I completely can understand what your going through, being a meth addict myself, it was the hardest thing to stop. What helped me was that I completely got away from that environment , and just got a new hobby like reading or helping my mom. I disconnected with all of my friends that were doing that as well. Just talking to my friends being there for them. Most of all surrounding myself around positive people.

you are in a tough spot. it is a very good thing that you have put them down though, i used to do anything i could find, and thanks to close friends and their positive support, i was able to stay away. i will say that it wasn't easy, and i struggle with drinking still, but almost 5 years after my last bout with drugs, i can tell you that anything you go through to get away from drugs is worth it. i wish you luck, and in all honesty, to beat the odds, you will need it. stay strong, keep as positive an outlook as possible, and as easy as that is to say, it comes from someone who has been there.

NA and food at first. It takes a long time to learn how to have fun without being high. Take it one day at a time and seriously find a good NA group of people who are beyond your stage so they can guide you.

Try exercising, going to counseling, whatever you can to get your mind off them. And if all that fails, smoking cigarettes is not good for your health but its a better alternative than drugs.
