I'm not sure if I got this right, but are you asking for a name where the vowels are not inserted so the "ee" "i" "ah" and "a" are negotiable? If so, here are a few names.

Although, "y" probably would be considered a vowel in this case. Virtually every word in the English language has a vowel in it.
Vowels in english are the letters a, e i, o, u and sometimes y.
Lynn is a pretty common english name for a girl.

Vobel? I even looked up the word and your question is unclear to me.
Fredrich Wilhelm Vobel is what I got when I searched the word, also Peter Vobel.
I found no female names.
