its a 6hp mower, 25cc weed eater 89 gas is best for 2 strokes but i don't know for lawn mower (4 stroke)!

Gas is blended to run in cars in the area. Lawn mowers are not tuned very much, so they'll run on most anything. The single (IMHO not critical) factor is cost- I don't think your lawn mower will run any better on 89 octane instead of 87 octane. The weedeater doesn't care, either.

I don't know, but I've been told that unless you're driving a high-performance car you don't need a gasoline with higher octane than 87. With that in mind, I would think 87 would be just fine for a lawn mower, unless you've got lots of money to spend on gasoline.

89 is not premium gas. That's regular. Lawn mowers and weed eaters will run on about any grade of gas.
