Ok where theres this game I been looking for from what i can remeber there a part where this boy with blueish hair says "who the hell am I" they reviewed this game on X-play it was an rpg and when you beat the game you can play a 2 player fighting game from what i think i know about the storyline i guess there this boy who lost his memory and i guess he's trying to get it back oh there this one part where hes getting whipped by this weird guy does any one know this game it will make me REALLY happy i been looking for the game for years i think it came out around 2004

That game is Star Ocean - Till the End of Time. It's a great action RPG with an addictive battle system. Here is an IGN review, if you want to read it:
