the motorcycle was paid by check and was bike was baught for me and the title,registration,insurance,.....everything is in my name. her name is not on one thing accept on the check she paid for it with. is there anyway she can take bike from me.

Why did she buy it for you? If there was some kind of agreement then it is yours as long as you fulfill your part of the agreement. Say you promised to pay her back or you promised to graduate medical school. People seldom give large gifts with no strings attached. She can take you to court and take it from you if she can prove you failed to fulfill an agreement.

the bike belongs to the person that is on the title, did you make a contract with her seperate? maybe you need to buy her some flowers ....ha.ha.ha.........

If the title is in your name, and only your name, then legally it's yours. It can't be taken away.
