Live in Ca. Married 3 years. I am half way in to finalizing divorce. I groossed $170k this year. She said she had no income at all. How much would be my alimaony paymanet to her. No children. Thank You.

There are no guidelines for spousal support, it is up to the court. However, it is unlikely she will get support for more than a year or so in a case like this. I'm assuming she worked before you married, so her work skills aren't too out of date. The court may provide her some support just long enough for her to get a job.

depends on the laws in CA and the judge. probably not much if any at all. since u were only married 3 years. ask ur attorney. u can afford a good one. good luck

I would say o. There is no reason she can't get a job and support herself.
