Can I use my mp3 format music by downloading it into my helio Ocean?

if i cant use mp3 format to listen to songs on my phone, or as a ringtone, how do i convert so i can use the songs on my phone?

Okay first thing you need to bookmark HelioCity http://www.heliocity.net/ great information and forum. Second if you are using a windows computer goto http://www.helio.com/page?p=support_downloads_player and download the Helio Player at least read about it. The Ocean can play Mp3's and you can use windows mediaplayer to do it also. Here are two important guides for music ringtones and uploading:
