the monitor dont come on it just flashes a orange light 3 times then 4 times it that some kind of code have you ever had this problem or know what it may mean?

Does the monitor have buttons on it other than the power button. If so you need to push one of them until you get a menu. You may have to use the degauss (however it is spelled) button to reset the monitor.

You changed the resolution, and refresh rate to a value beyond the range of the monitor. You must use ONLY the "Native Resolution" as specified in the monitor's User Manual or the manufacturer's website.
Restart Windows in Safe Mode (F8) and reset it.
