I know 3. My brothers and me all make cheesecake. It became a family tradition to have cheesecake for our birthdays. We all learned to make it in the process.

I make a good cheesecake. Actually, I made a NY style cheesecake for my family for Christmas, and I didn't get any complaints. It had walnuts and chocolate and caramel swirl! :-)
