Currently:
Jacques Kallis 9197 @ 58.20, 221 @ 31.28, 111 catches
Ever:
Sir Gary Sobers 8032 @ 57.78, 235 @ 34.08, 109 catches
Note:
Jayasuriya is not a all-rounder, he didn't take 100 Test wickets in over 100 Tests. Less than 1 wicket a match means you're not a all-rounder. I have never heard any cricket expert describe Sanath as a all-rounder.

I dont think there are any good all rounders in Australia, England, India, West Indies, Pakistan. The two in my opinion are Sanath Jaysuria from Sri Lanka and Daniel Vettori from New Zealand

One and Only Sanath Jayasuriya.
12000+ oneday runs 300+ wickets.
7000 odd test runs with 100 odd wickets.
and to have played 400+ odi both as a batsmen and bowler is a great achivement.
