I hope it's not from used toilet tissue? It's a fancy way of saying "previously used paper" usually from corporate recycling bins. --IC

PS. How much "Post consumer content" does the product you describe have?

Recycled paper may contain microscopic bits of metal and other contaminants left over from the printing the paper had in its other life. You've seen foil embossing printed in paper? Well, it's still there after recycling.
I'm all for recycling, of course I just can't use that paper on tender parts.

Lol! I'd assume it's just post-consumer waste, such as the things you put in your recycling bin

it.s mde out of things that are took back to the recyling place then resorted and recompressed by the very own company that sold it to you really. ever see a can for different materals well that.s it.
