I don't often feel regret because I put alot of thought into my decision. I get disappointed every time they turn a video game into a movie and I go see it. I think I would rather have disappointment because I think regret can feel worse. Disappointment is not normally tragic like loss of a family member , disappointment is not the word I would use in a scenario like that. And thats one of the only things I really fear in life. When regret could refer to something like that. Disappointment is normally a short term problem so I would pick dealing with disappointment.

Well, regret is usually something that I did. Disappointment is usually something that someone else did. So I would rather let the other person have the regret leaving me to deal with the disappointment.

I would have to say disappointment, because I don't won't to regret what I might not have said or done. Disappointment is from others, regret comes from your soul, don't not do something because you are afraid!!!!!

Disappointment has to do with how I feel let down by others, regret is me letting myself down. I can change and control myself. The disappointment in others, when they let me down, I can't fix. I would rather deal with my fixable regret.
