I went to see the movie, "The Bucket List" (Morgan Freeman, Jack Nicholson) and it got me thinking about everything I want to achieve before I leave this world. I think the one thing (not the most important, though) is going to Times Square for New Years. I keep saying I'm going to go, but I'm never in New York at the right time. So...what about you?

I always wanted to go to Times Square on New Years Eve too. However, the older I get, the more disappointed I am to realize I might not ever get the opportunity to do so. I always wanted to visit Europe, and it never occurred to me that I wouldn't. Now, it's occurring to me, and I'm shocked that I may not get to go!!! I just took it for granted that I would get to do anything I wanted. I thought I would like to learn to do good dives, but I found that I am frightened of heights, and going off the high dive is not something that motivates me to do a good dive! The same with rock climbing and sky diving. It sounds adventurous, but now I know I am too frightened. I like to ski, but the height thing scares me. I did it, but it was scary. I am on the cusp of sending in a childen's book though.

I want nothing more than to get published. I want to walk into a bookstore and see my book in a hard-cover on the "Best Seller" row. I truly do believe that tears will come to my eyes when that moment comes. I will never stop working to achieve this goal.
