An antique jewellery shop, or any other jeweller. They may or may not charge you. Remember, that their quote doesn't guarentee that someone would pay that much for it. I was quoted $100 for a ring, which I couldn't sell anywhere except ebay, for $20.

It is worth no where near what you are thinking it is worth. If it is a simple silver beaded necklace then 50 might be the best you can do. People sometimes misunderstand the meaning of antique, rare, or old.
