My wife and I were both obese when we had our two children. You can do it. My wife was over 275 both times and I was was over 300. Both pregnancies were very successful. Do consult with your doctor. I hope it works out for both of you.

I believe your husband can get you pregnant, even if he's obese.

The bigger issue is you- is it a good thing for you? You'll need to talk to your doctor about that.

Be careful until you know what you can safely do.

it is, but it could be mre difficult. also you need to think of your health and the babies health. if you are obese and get pregnant then you are more at risk of developing complications like diabetes and the baby could suffer from health problems aswell. also if you are obese and then have a baby it will be harder to lose the weight afterwards, which will put your own health at risk.

i think that you should talk to your doctor in depth about this as they would be able to explain all of the problems that could arise, and could maybe help you to lose some weight before you get pregnant.

Yes, it is possible for you to get pregnant with your husband's partnership, since obese and pregnancy have no relation other than the related complications, for which proper and prompt medical care could be availed from the start.

It depends on how much you weigh.
My cousin was 350LBs, and she had a baby with no problem.
Today doctors concider you obese if you dont look like an anorexic super model. If you feel worried try to loose 20LBs. besides you will need to gain 30LBs during the pregnancy. And make sure you breastfeed alot after, it helps you to loose weight. I lost all my pregnancy weight from breastfeeding.

absolutely it is...I have alot of overweight friends and it seems like ALL of their kids have health problems from asthma to down syndrome. If you want to have a very heatlhy child, I would suggest making sure your body is healthy enough to produce a child because you will pass on all the bad issues you have to your unborn child.

If you are obese, please please lose weight first. I know someone at my church that is obese and is pregnant with 2nd child. Due to her obesity and health problems caused by her obesity, she is in the process of losing her baby (she's 8 months pregnant)

How? I'm afraid to ask, first lose some weight, and try to change your eating habits, because fat parents tend to raise fat kids, (there's not such thing as genetic fat, that's just a lie the fat people say to justify what they eat)
