I'm not sure. Good question.
I fell in love with one that I had met a long time ago. And, after I left YA we kept in touch. Then over a bit of time, I realized that I was falling for him. I think I admired him and then with the constant communication it became a lot more.

well, i've never fallen in love with any of them. i do have a pretty good idea (in my mind) what they would be like if i ever met them. most of my contacts seem pretty intelligent and have a good sense of humor.
