Can any one tell me a easy way to get the interior of my van cean? I have caked on mud, food (long trips what can i say) all over the floor that is ground in and it's unsightful. I would rather do it myself. Any suggestions?

If it has removable carpeting or mats like a work type van you can hose it out. Otherwise, pick up, vacuum, and then rent or use a carpet cleaner with the upholstery attachment. You will not recognize it when you are done. Carpet cleaners work great on any type of cloth seating as well.

It might take going over twice or more to suck all of the dirt out of the carpets/seats.

Good Luck!

What I do is use the wand at the car wash. Make sure you jam plastic under the dash to protect the electrical, then just use the wand to wash out the mud. Use the vac or a shop vac at home to dry it out. Leave the doors open or windows don a while to vent it out.
