my eyes are kinda hazelish grey. what kind of makeup should i wear that would help them pop out more?

Definalty black. The black will make a bold statement to help bring out all those colors in your eyes.

Browns would make a lovely contrast to the gray... maybe brown liner and a dark brown shadow for your crease and a purple color for your lid.

Grey goes with pretty much anything!
cause it doesnt really have a spot on the color wheel, so it contrasts to a lot.

Try greens, blues, and purples for liners or shadows.
Also, check out the color of any flecks in your irises - those colors usually look great too.

purples with gold, greens with coopers just look to autumn colors that should look great on you!!!!!!!
