I have come to the festivities too late.

So I'll go a different direction...
It seems the things we rebel against change with age. Am I a rebel now? To a certain degree. But I rebel against things that just make no sense to me whatsoever. I'm a rebel for what I consider common sense.
I don't mean my tendency to play Devil's advocate. Thought hat is fun :)
I mean real issues like why its important to choose a President based on platform not their Coke or Pepsi label. Why its even more important for these candidates to have something to say other than "I'm better than the other guy".
It should be common sense that a person having a plan to save our country (and I really believe we are on the verge of needing saving) is more important than whether or not a cross is floating behind someone's head or whether or not they are Mormon, Muslim, etc.
But it isn't just politics. Its work, its things I see on a daily basis that really make me believe in deevolution.
I also tend to fight for things that used to be fine and good becomming taboo. But I guess thats just my nostalgic side.
