Is this ocd, i don't feel happy?
i've been ok for a few days but im guilty again
a few years ago, i said f**king or part of the f word and MIGHT have said jesus right after in my mind, can't remember well though
what IF i said f**king jesus out loud? is this bad?
i also had sexual thought about jesus and god
i've been ok, but i started to think about this again
today, i recalled that i tried to say it whenever my mouth was open like eating and it felt like i was saying it just in my head when i was eating
there're certain things that my brain won't let go of and it distinguishes and i feel depressed for guilt then on, such as this case
is this chemical imbalance?
could there be anyone saying the whole thing out loud with intention and not being guilty at all?
because i did it unintentionally and still i feel that im the only one who might have said this
should i pray for forgiveness
so whenever i start to feel guilty, should i slap myself?

i make points of lists to assure that i don't have to be guilty, but i try to not do that because it will get me in deeper and deeper and finally unable to climb back out
i need to have a reason why i don't need to pray to be able to do anything properly or else i'll be always guilty of it
so should i forget about it all in a bunch?
does my christmas sound fascinating enough, it sure does, is this another mental problem to conquer?

Here is some information that is easy to read on OCD:

It's hard to understand a lot of what you are saying, but I it does sound like there is a possibility you may have OCD if I am understanding what you've written. However, no one here can diagnose you properly and you really need to seek psychological help. Going to a psychologist will help you name what is affecting you and help you find proper treatment. You may have OCD and other issues going on as well.

Please go and seek help. I can see the obsessive side here and you sound so confused ... you cannot go through every day like this. Your Christmas does not sound fascinating .. if this is what you've been dwelling on all day it sounds pretty nightmarish to me. Get the help you need ~ no one here can do that for you.

I pray that you find peace ...

NO. OCD is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. You simply have bad thoughts. It's no chemical imbalance because most people can't really control their thoughts. You're not ill or anything. OCD is when you have a disability, as some might say, where everything that you have has to be in a certain order or arrangement. Like others have said, see someone to talk to or even better consult your priest. I'm sure he can work it out with you and it's cheaper.OCD is something like things have to be in some type of pattern or you must do a certain thing a certain way repeatedly.
Whenever you do something wrong you should ask for forgiveness, whether it was unintentional or not because then it shows God that you are sorry for what you did.
Tourette's syndrome is when you yell out unnecessary things or unintentional things.

You could be suffering from some OCD issues. You could probably benefit from some Christian counseling too. God is not out to get you, he loves you and wants the best for you. What you feeling is not of God. Asking for forgiveness is not a sign of weakness and whether your thoughts were intentional or not, you would probably feel better if you did seek forgiveness. You can also pray that God will take your thoughts captive and ask for healing. God Bless you, I'm praying for you.

whatever it is, you sound like you can't control what you say, and this is not a good thing. also a lot of anger, or you wouldn't feel the impulse to curse.

we aren't shrinks here, so I suggest you talk with a counselor to get at the root of this and find a solution.

forget the sin approach -- it will only make you miserable. ask yourself instead if what you're doing is good for you and others. if not, then start getting healed from whatever is bothering you.

There is a verse in the Bible that says, "Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing..." I guess, in your condition, you are not in your proper thinking. Betteryet, ask for a help from a Counselor or Psychologist. Share your problem and they will surely help you one way or another.... I am a Psychologist, i have encountered the same case as you had.

You should talk to your doctor about problems related mood, depression and anxiety. Your problem can be treated through cognitive behavior therapy or CBT. The objectives of CBT typically are to identify irrational or maladaptive thoughts, assumptions and beliefs that are related to debilitating negative emotions and to identify how they are dysfunctional, inaccurate, or simply not helpful. This is done in an effort to reject the distorted cognitions and to replace them with more realistic and self-helping alternatives.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is not an overnight process. Even after patients have learned to recognize when and where their mental processes go awry, it can take months of effort to replace any dysfunctional cognitive-affective-behavioral processes or habit with a more reasonable, salutary one.

The cognitive model especially emphasized in Aaron Beck's cognitive therapy says that a person's core beliefs (often formed in childhood) contribute to 'automatic thoughts' that pop up in every day life in response to situations. Cognitive Therapy practitioners hold that clinical depression is typically associated with negatively biased thinking and irrational thoughts.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is often used in conjunction with mood stabilizing medications to treat bipolar disorder. Its application in treating schizophrenia along with medication and family therapy is recognized by the NICE guidelines (see below) within the British NHS.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_behavioral_therapy

You're not guilty of anything. In Europe they have this great alternative to psychiatry; the sidewalk cafe. People talk to each other. Works. Over here we have religion to make us guilty about breathing and shrinks to tell us not to. All for a fee, mostly all we have. It's ridiculous.

You need to talk to a mental health professional for an evaluation. Then you can start down the road for healing

To think of doing something is as bad as doing it the bible says. I would ask for forgiveness and help with conquering this problem as well as guidance.
