wow! my friend has that except the black is white and the purple is black! it's very cute =]
if the background is black, i'm just assuming it is, and the dots are cream, i'd say black should be fine. cream shoes might make your feet look weird because it can blend in with your skin. unless you're of the african decent. if that's the case, definitely get cream colored heels

I would wear black shoes. The dress should be the center of attention. It's very sharp.
