i mean if you were recently divorced then maybe
but i think it is unhealthy i would try and get some sort of help to get over him honestly but hey thats just me.

At some stage you were in love with him.
On some level you will always will be, if you can both be friends for the time being then that is a bonus. If not then don't worry about it to much, enjoy life now.
If you both get back together then that is fine, just learn from the mistake that caused you both to end the relationship.

you can't just throw your feelings into the trash, hon.. sometimes they linger on, even after a divorce... and you really need to take the time for yourself, grieve and readjust to living after a divorce.
