Holding in gas won't kill you, however you can only hold it in for so long. Eventually it's going to escape out one end or the other and probably smell much worse. Best to let it go when it want's to.

umm, no you wont die. but it does hurt your insides. BUT it's not good for you. i guee if you would in your gas for weeks beyond weeks, it MAYBE, could, possibly kill you. but i dont think thats possible to do. God Bless
