Every morning, I get this feeling that's basically like, "Everything I ever have done is crap, and everything I ever will do will be crap", and that my whole life is crap and will continue to be crap until I die. Occasionally, I get really anxious too, like something really bad happened the night before, or something really bad was about to happen. This feeling generally only lasts a few minutes, but can last up to half an hour. It even happened this morning, and I thought it wouldn’t, on account of it being Christmas!
Once it’s gone, I’m fine for the rest of the day!
Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time, and Happy Holidays to everyone!

Do you get enough sleep? Because if you don't, that could be your answer. Not getting enough sleep can cause irritability and perhaps negativity whenever you wake up, hence why you feel that way every morning. Good luck.

I think everyone goes through this at some point in time. But, you have to realize that you are the first one to hear the words spoken from your mouth, or thought to yourself. When you think negative, you'll always feel negative. Even when you're not trying to be negative, you tend to become accustomed too it.

It's almost as if you're have re-written the programming coding in your brain to automatically have bad thoughts about yourself, your day, and your life before you can even think about doing it.

So, to combat this, you have to start waking up in the morning and saying a little prayer to yourself (if you believe in god). Look yourself in the mirror and say

"This is a day that the lord has made, and I will rejoice and be blessed in it. I am an achiever, I have a purpose, and I will continue to give myself praise"

You have to want to see yourself in a positive light. Re-enforcing all your good works and deeds with the same reassuring attitude you give others when they do well. Only you can change how you feel about yourself.

try this for a week. this is a harmless tantra but you need to believe it when you are going to say it to yourself.

Put a note near the mirror with this on it and recite it every morning, before you even do anythign else.

"This is a new day. I am going to do great because I am great."

Also try to compliment yourself once in a while, recognize if you did something nice or good even if it is very simple like throwing out the trash. See, I think you need affirmation that you are not doing crap. You need people to compliment you that you are not doing anything stupid. But before that happens you need to believe in yourself first. you need to think that you will do a great job.

This tantra helped out lots of people specially those who are in recovery from a bad experience and those with low self-esteem. try it.:)

The negitivity. Maybe if you were to get involved in something positive you'll a positive outlook on life and you wouldn't have these bad images in your head. I think that since you wake up with negitivity on your mind then you'd start having negitivity in your thoughts as well.

I get that too. It's just a sugar hangover. I don't put sugar in anything, and I don't have diabetes, or anything. But they seem to load up everything with sugar, even if it calls for salt and pepper.

i feel like this too, i think it might be depression. but idk. i don't want to think that i'm depressed and i really don't want to go on meds. i guess i'm really no help. but knowing that someone else has these felling should make you feel better. who knows maybe it's a good thing, getting it all out at once during the day. hope i was some help.

it's because you keep repeating it, your mind eventually starts to believe it. the solution is simple- do the opposite. tell yourself life's great and you will always do brilliantly, even if you don't believe it. eventually you will, and life will be easier.
it's really all in the mind.
