Just about any green with the word "lettuce" in it.
Look at this chart for a list of food that your beardie can eat regularly, eat sometimes, just as a treat, or not at all. A very good and thorough list!

It can't eat Ice berg lettuce because it will give it the runs, and it could result in dehydration. Ice berg lettuce dosn't have any vitamins and not as good as romaine or red leaf lettuce, which contains lots of vitamins.

Normalyl they would eat small vertibrates e.g. jawless fish, invertibrates e.g. fish, also things like crickets, small grasshoppers, worms, beetles, katydids, small mice and small reptiles. They will eat a few vegatables, in particular clover and dandleion flowers. Any lettuce would be fine, however only a few.

iceberg, you shouldn't be feeding it lettuce anyway it has almost no nutriotional value, all it does is fill up his belly. You should feed him bok choy, collard greens, that kind of stuff, be sure to give him insects for protein.
