Semen leaks out of a penis before ejaculation (in the pre-ejaculate), so even if he pulled out, you can become pregnant.
Both of you should be using birth control to prevent pregnancy and protect from STDs.

Did you not use a condom? If you didn't use one then yes you can be pregnant. Sperm leaks out even before he comes and even if he pulls out, you can get pregnant.
I know two people who are currently pregnant because they were using the "pull out" technique. It doesn't work. You should go talk with a doctor and educate yourself on the matter.

Yes, you could be if you were ovulating or are about to be ovulating. (no more than 7 days after having sex). Even if he didn't come in you, the precome has enough sperm in it to get you pregnant if you were ovulating. The best way to find out is most girls ovulate about 14 days after their period starts...not all are alike though...you could go to an ovulation schedule site like http://www.americanbaby.com and see if you could have been ovulating with their calculator, and it would help you a little bit more. Good luck!

I doubt it, as long as he pulled out and he didnt come near your vagina chances of you being pregnant are slim to nil. Your walls are burning most likely because he was penetrating you hard, or you could have an infection. Either way contact your doctor, if it's an infection he will provide you antibotics, and while your at it to calm your nerves ask him for a pregnancy test, which will most likely come back negative.

What are you, 13? Ever heard of a condom or birth control? Oh that's right, you're 13. I bet next month I see another question by you asking for baby names or a cure for herpes.

Yes he could have. You should have used protection. You are going to have to wait and take a test and be more careful next time.
