lol...F*ck no

I'm married and an adult. I can use whatever language I choose around him or anyone else. You get in trouble by a parent...not a spouse....

LOL.....no I wouldn't be in trouble....I'm an adult.

He would probably look at me and ask me what terrible thing had happened..... because I don't use foul language around anyone.

He would probably say (in a slightly annoyed voice), "Can you please not say that?" In the past he would have forbid me to use such language, but now he at least asks in a way that sounds like I might have choice.

If I don't choose to use different language, then he'll leave or he'll act all hurt.

It depends on why my wife is using the foul language and how she is directing it when and on whom.

Get in trouble? lol... no
If I used it in public he would probably say "Who are you?", as I don't do that in public.
I generally use curse words if I hurt myself or lose my train of thought. He wouldn't think anything of it if I said it in private.

does that really happen? hmmm, as a guy, I was always turned on by foul language as it made me feel closer to her (she is being unpretentious, and so is inviting me to be so too)....

It slips out by the wife every now and again. She is the one to remind other usually.

Nothing, unless I used it in front of our kids, and then he would just look at me or try not to laugh if one of them repeated it.
