Amare is playing with less intensity this season. He maybe the reason why Nash is angry with the way they are playing.
I'm thinking Chris Kaman and Sam Cassell for Amare Stoudemire and Marcus Banks. Kaman can score, a better rebounder and defends the rim. Cassell can take the pressure out of Nash at the point.
Or, Amare and Banks for Bosh and Calderon.

I very strongly disagree with trading Amare. If the Phoenix Suns are to win a championship, Amare has to be on the team. He is not playing very well, but he is a very fresh and young franchise player who shouldnt be traded for old players such as Sam Cassel. The Suns are still a young team. Last year, the San Antonio Spurs were losing a lot of games around this time of year. They were then able to knock off the second best team in the NBA in the Western Conference Semifinals in only six games and continued easily to the NBA finals in which they swept Cleveland. I think the Phoenix Suns are able to do the same thing this year. It will just take some work. If youre going to trade Amare, at least wait a few years so you dont lose such a young energetic player.

Okay, first off, back off the panic button. And no, no one needs to be traded...especially Amare Stoudemire.

Kaman has had only a half season of all-star caliber play, Stoudemire has had four full seasons. Bosh isn't any better than Stoudemire either. Why trade a proven comodity like Stoudemire because he isn't perfect. Why put the blame on him? He's still playing great.

The team as a whole is just not on a roll yet. Just give it some time. I'm sure the Suns will string together a 10+ game win streak before the season is over. They'll also finish with 55-60 wins.

No they should not trade Amare Stoudemire I jus think the Phoenix Suns will play better within the next month. I think the Suns need to get a little deeper on there bench. They have a deep bench but they need more.

Amare was very disappointed he didn't get dealt during the offseason, so it MIGHT be a good idea if they moved him. I wouldn't make a move for Cassell, his best years are past him. The Suns should ONLY trade him if they can get good (equal or better) value for him. He's a dominant player, at least he can be when he wants to be. He needs to suck it up and play, whether its in Phoenix or wherever. Hard for us fans to feel any sympathy for multi-millionaires, when they're unhappy with their team or playing situation.

No, trading Stoudemire will not help the Suns, he's one of the best big men in the NBA right now. If they trade him they will be a middle of the pack team in the West.
