Go to Tools, then Internet Options.
On the first page, there will be a button called 'Clear History'.
Click this and all the addresses stored in the address bar drop down list will magically disappear.

If you're on Internet Explorer 7, I believe that you can click on Tools and then Clear Browsing History or something similar to that.

If you have done that, then all of the websites that you have visited should be deleted from the history.

If you only wish to delete one website from your history, you should open up your history in the sidebar by pressing Ctrl and H at the same time.

Once you've done that, you should select the website that you would like to delete and simply press the Delete button on your keyboard. I believe you may also be able to right click on the particular website and delete it, but I'm not sure.

Good luck and I hope I helped!

I think you just go to Tool and then click on clear history.
