No, even if its an American flag, they have the right to burn it as long as they are not harming anyone or disturbing the peace.I know its nerve racking but if you think about it, i'm glad we have the freedom to do it. It shows how free our country is.

it is breaking the law , but getting them to in force it is a another matter. i have fought in Vietnam and was spit on when i came back ,,,if i see this happening they would get the hell beat out of them ,
