Go to a salon you get what you pay for aveda has great stylist a woman cut styed is like $ 40 bucks here in SF but well worth it there the professionals you don't want some ***** messing up your locks

That bob seems to work nicely for your hair. I would cut it a tiny bit in front but angle it shorter toward the back. Not too dramatic but it would definitely change your look. If you're feeling a little brave, have the cut back just above your hairline and have the hair underneath tapered short so it peeks out from beneath the swingy part.

Get some bangs and some highlights. It will be a nice change, but not too shocking.
